- Transition Management: As management is considering potential reorganization, whether downsizing, restructuring or other changes, it has proven essential to consider the potential human impacts of those changes, as well as the best methods for managing those projected impacts. We begin by understanding your organization, its strategies and goals for reorganizing. Then we assess the potential impacts and identify key stakeholders who need to be a part of planning for the changes. We collaborate closely with your organization to design strategies to mitigate potential challenges to productivity. There is particular emphasis on communication and leadership. Turn-key programs for on-boarding newly acquired groups of employees are available, as well.
- Employee Engagement: Research has shown that when employees are more engaged with their organizations, teams and work products, they are more productive, and therefore, more profitable. We can help your organization to look at identified work teams to diagnose employee engagement challenges and to offer strategies that will increase employee engagement. Team Building or Conflict Management work can be incorporated into the plan.
- Crisis Management: When a trauma such as a natural disaster, workplace violence or employee death occurs, managers are often left trying to figure out how to best manage the reactions of their team members. We encourage organizations to be proactive in considering their plans for these potential events before they actually occur. We provide consultation before, during and after a traumatic event to ensure that employee needs are identified and appropriately resourced, to mitigate the impact to individuals and to the work team.
- Management Consultation: Consultation is available to assist human resource managers and management with effectively addressing concerns about an employee whose personal concerns may be contributing to poor performance and/or safety issues in the workplace. Consultation regarding these types of situations enhances the likelihood of an effective and safe outcome.
